We stand behind our products at Verte Essentials and want you to be more that in love with our offerings. If you are dissatisfied, please write us with your return request to hello@verteessentials.com with the word RETURN in the email subject line within 7 days of delivery.
All online refunds will be given as online credit (less shipping costs).
If you receive a product from us that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@verteessentials.com with the word DAMAGED in the subject line and a photo of the damaged items.
We will remedy this asap!
If your product was purchased through a distributor or retailer, you will need to go back through your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
